Our vision

Real estate crowdlending in Argentina

Collective financing applied to Argentina's real estate market proposes a different path to get closer to bricks and mortar: instead of demanding a large upfront capital, it allows several people to contribute partial amounts and back residential works, building refurbishments, neighbourhood improvements and new housing projects.

The whole journey happens in a digital environment. Each user reviews the published initiatives, compares terms and conditions, and decides how much to allocate. Contributions are grouped and assigned to a specific development; when the disclosed terms are met, results are distributed among participants in proportion to their contribution.

In the Argentine context, with sustained housing demand, urban growth and a strong focus on property value, this model has been gaining visibility as an alternative form of participation. Real estate is no longer perceived as a space reserved for large developers, institutional funds or high-net-worth investors.

The range of projects is wide: apartment towers, housing complexes, refurbishments of older buildings, urbanisation works and initiatives of different scales. That diversity means participation can be tailored to very different profiles, budgets and time horizons.

Method

How does it work?

The flow is direct: you visit the platform, review the available opportunities, choose the one that fits your criteria and confirm the amount. From the same panel, you follow the progress of the works, see how funds are being applied, check estimated deadlines and read the participation conditions.

When the development completes its cycle or reaches the disclosed objectives, the corresponding result is distributed according to your contribution. In this way, real estate crowdlending combines technology, collaborative financing and simpler access to the property market.

More than a passing trend, this model reflects a renewed way of engaging with the sector in Argentina. Its main contribution is opening the door to projects that for years were beyond the reach of the individual investor.
